Politique de remboursement
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery. If items are being returned due to shipping damage or errors please follow the instructions outlined below.
For other returns please contact us for an RMA number. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and all returned products must be in original condition and in their original undamaged packaging. A 20% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping will be applied. You will be credited back with the form of payment that was submitted on the original order.
When shipping an item for return please keep it in it’s original unopened packaging and insure it for the full value in case it is damaged in transit. Spot On Billiards will not be able to issue a refund on items that are returned with damage.
Spot On Billiards reserves the right to reject return requests if there is evidence of use, damage or abuse to the returned items.
Returning an Order
To start a return, you can contact us at info@spotonbilliards.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: #2-1492 Wallace Road, Oakville, Ontario.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, Spot On Billiards does not provide a prepaid return shipping label.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@spotonbilliards.com.
International Orders:
The customer will be responsible for any brokerage fees, duties and/or taxes incurred on orders shipped internationally.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customized, Clearance, Used & Non-Returnable Items:
Customized, discontinued, closeout and used items cannot be cancelled after the order has been submitted and processed and are non-returnable. A product is continued customized once any alternation is made to alter it from it’s original state. Customizations on cues may include but are not limited to tip, ferrule, wrap, taper and joint changes.
Used items such as pool cues and cases will have full details and measurements outlined on the website and are non-returnable. Should you require more information about a used item, please contact us for more details.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Defective Shipments
