Return Windows & Policy

Standard Returns: We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments: Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping & Fees

Return Shipping: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Spot On Billiards does not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

Restocking Fee: Standard returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping.

Shipping Insurance: When shipping an item back, please keep it in its original unopened packaging and insure it for its full value. Spot On Billiards cannot issue refunds for items damaged in transit.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and in their original, undamaged packaging. Spot On Billiards reserves the right to reject return requests if there is evidence of use, damage, alteration, or abuse to the returned items.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or cancellations on the following items once the order has been processed:

Customized Items: Any item altered from its original state. For pool cues, this includes but is not limited to tip, ferrule, wrap, taper, and joint changes.

Used Items: Pre-owned cues and cases (full details and measurements are provided on our website prior to purchase).

Clearance, Closeout, and Sale Items

Gift Cards
International & EU Orders

International Shipments: The customer is responsible for any brokerage fees, duties, and/or taxes incurred on orders shipped internationally.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet our standard return conditions (unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging with proof of purchase).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@spotonbilliards.com.
