Methods of Shipping:
All orders are shipped via Canadapost or UPS with delivery speeds dependant on the method of shipping selected. It is highly recommended that all customers use UPS for orders over $5000 as Canadapost can only provide insurance up to this amount. In the cases where packages valued at over $5000 is lost or damaged by Canadapost, only the insured amount can be credit.
For international orders, it is recommended to use UPS as the courier of choice as insurance claims on items shipped by Canadapost that are lost or damaged by foreign couriers may be denied and can only be insured for up to $1000.
All Canadian orders in excess of $150 and US orders in excess of $200 are eligible for free standard ground shipping. This offer includes up to $1000 in insurance and excludes remote locations and heavyweight items such as pool tables.
Expected shipping times:
All in stock products are shipped within 1 business day. Standard lead times on out of stock items are typically between 3-4 business days before they can be shipped but are subject to availability.
Shipping lead times are subject to carrier and may differ depending on the shipping method chosen and distance travelled. Spot On Billiards is not responsible for delays caused by the courier nor any customs or brokerage fees for international shipments.
We will contact customers for orders that are not fully in stock that may be eligible for partial shipping.
If you suspect that a package has arrived damaged, please refuse the shipment or request that the courier note the damage on delivery before signing for the damage. This will aid us in expediting insurance claims. Please do not dispose of any packaging as the courier may inspect the package before processing a claim.
If any item arrives damaged please notify the courier and contact us immediately and we will help in replacing the product in a timely manner.
Short Shipment & Shipping Errors:
Please inspect and report any non-damage related issues within 2 days of delivery. If you experience missing items or shipping errors contact us directly and we will rectify the order. Please note that in some cases there may be more than one shipment for your order which will be noted in the packing slip included in the shipment.
